Squad 180: Force

A BARBELL WORKOUT THAT TARGETS THE ENTIRE BODY. CHALLENGING EACH MUSCLE GROUP THROUGH A SERIES OF BODY WORKING EXERCISES.

Using light to moderate weights Force will help you to target each muscle group through a series of high repetition exercises, set to inspiring, motivational music. Our coaches will push you to achieve with athletic movements like squats, lunges and bicep curls.

YOUR FIRST TIME

You'll need a Barbell, some loose plates, optional heavier plates, an optional bench and a mat. Make sure to have plenty of water handy and you may want a sweat towel. The great thing about Force is that it is developed to cater to you and your strengths, to leave you feeling motivated and ready for more! Use the optional weight shifts for challenges or to take it a little easier, remember bodyweight options or doing a class bodyweight only is totally acceptable, work to your level of choice and gradually increase the intensity by adding the weights.
