Synergize is a Yoga, Pilates based mind and body workout that will leave you feeling longer, calmer and revitalized.

Synergize focuses on utilising structured movements and poses to increase the ability to lengthen your whole body, strengthen and increase flexibility. Concentration, Relaxation and Breathing are key elements to this workout, allowing you to empower the body, the mind and find peace, balance and harmony throughout.

YOUR FIRST TIME

The class utilises some lateral movements and yoga/pilates based poses so make sure you have a bit of space to move. You may want a mat, however, this is not essential.

We recommend using the options when you need to allow you to complete the class at your pace and to feel great.
